Relieve your frantic life and stop being on autopilot. Come and learn some simple mindfulness techniques. These are quick to do and will help you take time out in a busy, stressful workplace.

Tea, Cake and Ergonomics

Drop-in session facilitated by the Occupational Health team – designed to discuss and explain how musculoskeletal injuries occur and how they can be prevented on an individual basis.  A selection of ergonomic equipment will be available (both laboratory and computer) to view and try, with a selection of cakes available to eat!

Relaxation Workshop

Join Rosemary Parkinson from the University Staff Counselling Service to unwind in the middle of your busy day – it may well make your afternoon more relaxed and productive. Rosemary will share some tips for relaxing in the workplace on a daily basis.
