Do you have a secret desire to express yourself in words – beyond a tweet, a text message or an email? Or have you ever found yourself lost in a memoir, a novel or a short story?

 

This informal workshop will explore the joys of writing and reading. We will look at ways to kick-start your own creative writing and how to make good writing part of your daily routine.

Ballet Barre

Ballet Barre is a low impact, total body workout that will appeal to everyone. Small isometric contractions are performed and integrated with an interval training approach that improves cardiovascular fitness. Posture, flexibility, stamina and core strength improve, resulting in a body that is realigned, rebalanced and works harmoniously and efficiently.

MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning Training)

Bored of your training routine? Then you should try Metabolic Conditioning training! This is a high intensity training class (think extreme Circuits!) where the routine is changed regularly to keep the body guessing. You will be pushed to your limits for maximum calorie burn!
